Depending on whether or not we have your sauna in stock, time will vary greatly. Fastest shipping time range from 2-3 weeks if it's in stock and can be as long as 4 months when a product is in high demand. Make sure to ask us about your specific model.

You can find technical drawings of our saunas on most of our infrared sauna models. Simply scroll down mid page to find them. We usually list out interior, exterior and shipping dimensions. We do offer white glove delivery on all of our infrared sauna models for an additional cost of 800$. Our white glove service only applies to Clearlight Jacuzzi Saunas. This service includes, delivery to your location as well as full assembly and installations.

Our standard shipping include what is called "curbside delivery". Curbside delivery means that the freight company will unload the boxes into your driveway or in front of your property. If your driveway is cleared and your garage easily accessible they might agree to put the boxes in but it is at their discretion. Should you be located in a remote location extra shipping fees may apply. If you are living in an apartment building or condominiums, you'll be responsible for bringing the boxes up the elevator to your apartment.

Depending on the size and type of sauna you plan on purchasing, different electrical requirements will be needed. I would say that 90% of saunas will require at least minimal work from an electrician. If you opt for a traditional model you'll need to wire your house for 220V-240V therefore, you will need to hire an electrician to set it up for you. Hiring an electrician will ensure you get the most secure and efficient electrical configuration for your sauna. All of our traditional sauna heaters /steamers are hardwired and must be connected directly to the electrical line. If you opt for an infrared sauna, depending on size you'll either have the option to plug it into a standard outlet or will need an electrician to assist. All models will require 220V-240V except smaller 1 person units.

We recommend sauna use AFTER a workout as it will provide superior benefits compared to BEFORE training. In fact there are currently more scientific studies available for POST-WORKOUT sauna sessions effects on health and performance than for PRE-WORKOUT. However both methods have shown to have positive effects on health. In order to determine what heater size is the appropriate one. One needs to calculate the cubic feet size of the sauna room. In order to do so, multiply the (length X height X Width) Once you have the total cubic feet amount. You will add 1KW for each 50 cubic feet of space. For example if you have a 150 cubic feet room size, the appropriate heater to choose would be a 3KW. Choosing the right heater Kilowattage will ensure an appropriate amount of heat will be generated, distributed and conserved throughout the sauna room.
